These are pictures of a Copper Reflector Oven that I made for Paul in Massachusetts. The pictures are of his Thanksgiving Turkey cooking in the oven by the hearth in his tavern room.
Paul wrote: "We cooked a 20lb turkey, and it was first rate. Cooked in about 3 /12 hours in front of a moderate fire. Once again Thanks for the excellent craftmanship."
