Deb wrote that the Goose she roasted was great and that there were no leftovers. She also stated that "I got about 2 quarts of goose grease that I was able to capture. It's like having gold in your refrig. It makes the best oven roasted potatoes, carrots and onions you'll ever taste. Use 2 tbsp of the melted grease and toss with the veggies and potato's and bake".
